What is reiki? Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique of stress reduction that can lead to healing. The healing energy comes from God, and I intuitively use my hands either on or over certain places on your body. Your intention to relax and receive the energy is an important component. You recline on a massage table and are completely clothed when receiving a treatment which lasts from 45 minutes to one hour.
